The Space
Four spacious rooms. Retreat to our rooms, each with a plush queen bed, a designated desk for working, and a private bathroom, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. Additionally, two of the rooms have day beds and free cribs for babies and young children, upon request.

Enjoy the privacy of your own sanctuary, complete with soft bedding and modern bathroom amenities.

Spacious living areas. Relax in style in our spacious living and dining areas, designed for effortless interaction and entertainment. Whether you're sharing a meal, relaxing, watching movies, or playing games, this well-planned open space is perfect for creating memories with family and friends.

Gourmet kitchen. Unleash your inner chef and savour the flavours of Portugal or the comfort of home-cooked food in our fully equipped kitchen.

Serene gardens. Relax and enjoy yourself in our lush and spacious courtyards, with a beautiful front garden featuring a tranquil lake. From the street, enjoy a peaceful walk along the winding path of our sloping garden that leads to the inviting pool, cosy fire pit, and outdoor dining areas.

Outdoor meals. Enjoy outdoor meals in our designated outdoor dining area next to the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and fresh air during the day or enjoying the colourful sunset in the sky while dining.

Barbecue. Light the grill and enjoy the flavour of a classic Portuguese barbecue or casual hot dogs and burgers with family and friends.

Swimming pool. Immerse yourself in relaxation in our sparkling pool, surrounded by a sun-kissed patio and lush vegetation, while enjoying the view of the Arrabida mountains in the distance.

Outdoor bathroom. Enjoy the best outdoor experience with our elegant outdoor bathroom and shower, right next to the pool.

Campfire. Gather around the campfire with toasted marshmallows and enjoy cool, chilly nights under the stars.

Access for travellers
The entire property is yours to enjoy, including all parts of the house and grounds, with the strict exception of the terrace.

Important! For safety reasons, it is not permitted to climb the stairs to the terrace. We will not be responsible for any incidents that may result from anyone who chooses not to follow this rule. You are responsible for your own safety and especially for the safety of your children and elderly.

Other things to take into account
IMPORTANT Guest Safety Warning:

All guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of their group members, especially children and the elderly, while in the pool area. Please note that there are no protective railings or barriers to prevent accidental entry into the pool. We ask you to be careful and supervise to avoid possible accidents.

Access to the terrace is strictly prohibited! For your safety, guests are not permitted to access the roof terrace on one side of the house. The roof area has no protective railings, which represents a significant risk of falls. Be careful and avoid climbing the stairs to the terrace. Your safety is our main priority and we want to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.

The Owner and hosts shall not be liable for any unpleasant incidents that may occur on the premises and/or as a result of the use of any of their facilities.

HOUSE RULES

1. This is a non-smoking house. Please do not smoke inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside the house. Any type of illegal substance is prohibited in any part of the facilities.

2. Pets are welcome, but clean up your pets' waste and keep them away from beds and furniture. Make sure they do their business outside (and never inside, please!)

3. We will have towels, personal hygiene products, coffee and tea, and other basic products available at check-in. We will have firewood, depending on availability. Contact your co-host Maria for any additional amenities.

4. We would like to ask you to remove your shoes before entering the rooms and to avoid wearing shoes in any area with carpets.

5. We recommend one or two extra mattresses if you have more than 10 people in your group. After booking, please let us know how many extra mattresses you would like to arrange, if any. We charge a minimum fee for each extra bed with sheets, blankets, and a towel.

6. Large parties and events, commercial photographs and filming are not permitted, unless with special permission and approved by the owner.

Early check-in (between 10:30 am and 12 pm - €250; between 12 pm and 3 pm - €125)
