The Space
Four spacious bedrooms. Retire to our rooms, each with a plush queen bed, a designated desk for working and a private bathroom, guaranteeing ample space and comfort for all guests. Additionally, two of the bedrooms have day beds and free cots for babies and small children, upon request.

Enjoy the privacy of your own sanctuary, complete with soft bedding and modern bathroom amenities.

Spacious living areas. Relax in style in our expansive living and dining areas, designed for effortless interaction and entertainment. Whether you're sharing a meal, relaxing, watching films or playing games, this well-planned open space is perfect for creating memories with family and friends.

Gourmet kitchen. Unleash your inner chef and savour the flavours of Portugal or the comfort of home cooking in our fully equipped kitchen.

Serene gardens. Relax and enjoy yourself in our lush and spacious courtyards, with a beautiful front garden featuring a tranquil lake. From the street, enjoy a peaceful stroll along the winding path of our sloped garden that leads to the inviting swimming pool, the welcoming bonfire and outdoor dining areas.

Outdoor meals. Enjoy outdoor meals in our designated outdoor dining area next to the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and fresh air during the day or enjoying the colourful sunset in the sky at dinner.

Barbecue. Light up the grill and experience the flavour of a classic Portuguese barbecue or casual hot dogs and burgers with family and friends.

Swimming pool. Dive into relaxation in our sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by the sun-kissed patio and lush vegetation, whilst enjoying the view of the Arrabida mountains in the distance.

Outdoor bathroom. Enjoy the best outdoor experience with our elegant outdoor bathroom and shower, right next to the pool.

Bonfire. Gather around the bonfire with toasted marshmallows and enjoy cool, cold nights under the stars.

Travellers' access
The entire property is yours to enjoy, including all parts of the house and grounds, with the strict exception of the terrace.

Important! For security reasons, it is not permitted to go up the stairs to the terrace. We will not be responsible for any incidents that may result from any person who chooses not to follow this rule. You are responsible for your own safety and especially for the safety of your children and elderly people.

Other things to keep in mind
IMPORTANT Guest Safety Notice:

All guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of members of their group, especially children and elderly people, while in the pool area. Please note that there are no protective barriers or fences to prevent accidental entry into the pool. We ask you to be careful and supervise to prevent possible accidents.

Access to the terrace is strictly PROHIBITED as indicated on site!
For your safety, guests are not permitted to access the roof terrace on one side of the house. The roof area has no protective railings, which poses a significant risk of falls.
Please be careful and avoid climbing the stairs to the terrace. Your safety is our main priority and we want to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.

The Owner and hosts shall not be responsible for any unpleasant incidents that may occur on the premises and/or as a result of the use of any of their facilities.

It is completely against house rules and neither the Owner nor the hosts shall be held civilly or legally responsible for any guest who does so or for any damage or accident that occurs during the stay.

HOUSE RULES

1. This is a non-smoking house. Please do not smoke inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside the house. Any type of illegal substance is prohibited in any part of the premises.

2. Pets are welcome, but clean up after your pets and keep them away from beds and furniture. Make sure they do their business outside the house (and never inside, please!)

3. We will have towels, personal hygiene products, coffee and tea and other basic products available at check-in. We will have firewood, depending on availability. Contact your co-host Maria for any additional amenities.

We would like to ask you to remove your shoes before entering the bedrooms and to avoid wearing shoes in any area with carpets.

5. Every week the pool is maintained where we test the water quality and keep it safe. We also look after the garden weekly.
This maintenance may coincide with existing bookings on the property but it is mandatory.

6. Parties and events, commercial photography and filming are not permitted unless with special permission and approved by the owner.
