More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

This cozy apartment offers complete privacy. You can enjoy 3 bedrooms, one of which is a spacious room with a full bathroom. It has two more bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a comfortable living room and a spacious and bright kitchen. Enjoy local grocery stores or take advantage of the many restaurants located just around the corner. We recommend that you explore the village and enjoy delicious Portuguese cuisine in your romantic or casual settings.
CHECK-IN:
We strive to personally receive and check in with our guests whenever possible, but this depends on the time of arrival. If we are unable to check in in person, an independent check-in option via a safe is available any time after the designated check-in time on the arrival date. Rest assured that once installed, you'll find the apartment cozy and comfortable.

KEY LOSS RATE:
Please note that the loss of the key and/or the cost of changing locks will entail a fee of €200.
Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Sintra. This tax is charged by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the cost of accommodation. The tax is 2 euros per night and per person, for a maximum of 3 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
LOCAL ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION:
To comply with local regulations, the apartment is registered with Turismo de Portugal and is supervised by local authorities. We are required to inform the national authorities of the identity of all guests. Thus, it will be necessary to fill in the identity document or passport details of each of the people staying in the apartment, and this must be done through our online check-in before the check-in date. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Any intermediate cleaning required or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the announced final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but monthly cleaning with our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.
For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, water, electricity and gas costs are not included and guests will be charged.
If pets are allowed, guests are not only responsible for compliance with existing community regulations, but also for the good state of conservation of the property and the damage caused by pets during their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or excrement odors, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
