29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Any intermediate cleaning required or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the final cleaning announced.
For stays over 28 days, the law does not require any interim cleaning, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory with our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.
For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas charges are not included and will be charged to guests.
If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for the good state of conservation of the property and any damage caused by pets during the stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or faeces odours, scratches or deterioration of wood and paint, etc.).
