A walk through the city centre takes just 45 minutes, allowing you to absorb the atmosphere of the avenues, cafés and shops along the way. The apartment, located in the vibrant centre of Lisbon, offers the convenience of a modern building, ensuring a tranquil environment, essential for a good night's sleep in a bustling capital.

With a suite featuring a double bed and bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a charming balcony with sunrise views, the apartment prioritises comfort.
Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen facilitates meal preparation, while the spacious and elegant living and dining areas offer a relaxing space to unwind. High-speed internet services are available, as well as numerous recommendations for a unique stay in the capital of Portugal.

Each room has a spacious wardrobe for guests' convenience. One of the main advantages of the apartment is its ability to offer guests highly valued resources for a comfortable stay that are often not available in older buildings, providing a touch of luxury in Lisbon. The building is equipped with a lift and, upon request, we can provide a parking space for an additional cost.

Our neighbourhood is prestigious, residential and commercial, situated in the heart of Lisbon. We are close to cultural treasures, cosy cafés, restaurants and commercial areas, some of which have centuries of history. Supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, shopping centres, cinemas and public transport centres are easily accessible, with Lisbon Airport just 5 km away.
The nearest supermarket is conveniently located across the street, and you can take a short walk to El Corte Inglés or Saldanha Shopping Centre.
Enjoy breakfast at one of the nearby pastry shops or explore Saldanha Market in search of fresh fruits and seafood to prepare a delicious home-cooked dinner.

We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to their wishes or requests. If you prefer minimal contact for check-in or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfer, babysitting, chef services, tour organisation, among others.

Important:

Late check-in (after 20:00 - €30; after 22:00 - €50)
Early check-in (between 10:30 and 12:00 - €50; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €30)
Late check-out (after 12pm - €30; after 3pm - €50; after 5pm - night rate in force)

Any intermediate cleaning required or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the final cleaning announced.

For stays over 28 days, the law does not require any interim cleaning, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory with our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.

For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas charges are not included and will be charged to guests.

If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for the good state of conservation of the property and any damage caused by pets during the stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or faeces odours, scratches or deterioration of wood and paint, etc.).
